This Privacy Policy describes how Swarmly ("we", "us", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile game.

Information We Collect

Game progress. Your level, coins, owned cosmetics, and settings are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Advertising identifiers. We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads. With your permission (via the App Tracking Transparency prompt) these may be used for personalized advertising; if you decline, you will see non-personalized ads.
Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Advertising & No Sale of Personal Data

Swarmly is free to play with no banner ads and no interstitial ads. The only ads are opt-in, player-initiated rewarded videos — you choose to watch a short video in exchange for an in-game bonus — served through Google AdMob. A one-time Remove Ads purchase turns advertising off entirely. Google acts as our advertising partner; for details on how Google uses data collected through AdMob, see Google's partner policy at support.google.com/admob/answer/9012903. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising outside the advertising and Apple services described above.

Children's Privacy

Swarmly is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the app does not participate in Apple's Kids Category or any child-directed advertising programs.

Your Choices

You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Purchasing the "Remove Ads" option stops ads from being shown.
