These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Swarmly mobile game ("the app", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or playing Swarmly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Swarmly on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
Swarmly offers optional in-app purchases, including a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase, coin packs, and other items. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive or store your payment details. Consumable items (such as coins) are non-refundable once used. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its standard policies. Restoring previously purchased non-consumable items (such as "Remove Ads") is available within the app.
Unless you purchase the "Remove Ads" option, the app displays advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads are subject to the third-party providers' own terms and privacy policies, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Coins, cosmetics, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be transferred outside the app. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items at any time.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, cheat in, or otherwise tamper with the app, nor use it in any way that violates applicable law or Apple's terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
